GRATITUDE

This is an experiential workshop where participants learn about the concept of gratitude, how to apply it in their day to day lives and the benefits of leading a gratitude oriented life.

UNDERSTANDING GOALS & PURPOSE OF LIFE

This workshop helps participants to identify or set life goals and imbibe healthy practices that enable them to realize those goals. The workshop uses case studies and life journeys to improve participants understanding of the purpose of life.

UNDERSTANDING INFLUENCE CIRCLES

This workshop for managers helps them understand positive influential practices, perceived fairness and guiding through influence.

EXPLORING FOCUS & INHIBITORS

This program aims at helping the participants measure their current focus levels towards key areas of importance. It provides guidance in imbibing healthy practices to improve their focus areas.

AVOIDING PROCRASTINATION

The objective of this program is to enable identification of procrastination tendencies and help participants to correct their behavior through use of CBT and other psychological techniques.

SUBSTANCE ADDICTION

This workshop will help participants learn how to overcome craving and quit substance abuse using behavioral training (such as CBT) . The program is proven to be effective when combined with additional support through medication where possible.

This workshop is aimed towards improving the quality and time available to participants for adequate rest and sleep. The program helps participants to analyze sleep patterns and age impact on social, economical and personal lifestyle due to lack of sleep.
